Zardware does not provide any guarantee or Warranty of the products or services to be sold or offered or purchased by the user through Website.
All conditions either mentioned or not should be okay with the customer after subscription.

Our primary objective is to keep our customer happy at each shopping. We at zardware.com offer you the best quality in our products and our services.

If your order from zardware.com does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :

The item may be damaged during transit.
Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

Item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item -
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered was (subject to Disclaimer mentioned on the return policy), please contact us by putting Return Request from Order Detail Section. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself.

We have 3-days return policy from delivery date with following conditions:
  • Already seal broken product
  • Physically damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong or Other product delivered by the Seller
We also have 15-days return policy from delivery date with following conditions:
  • Defective product
  • Wrong or Other product delivered by the Seller
  • Physically damaged product
Return for exchange
All standard size outfits (Small, Medium, Large, without any alteration request) exchange process need to be initiated within 24 Hours from the receipt of the original items (only one time exchange possible) with any other item of same or higher value. You only pay re-shipping charge for sending back and sending again the exchange item and price difference with requested exchange item.

Order Returned Undelivered
All our shipments require signature on delivery. If order returned undelivered, we can re-ship the order if you pay us re-shipping charges. In No case we will refund the amount.
